2 – Nature of Personal Data
The processing involves personal data collected, including identification, accounting, commercial, administrative, tax, and, if applicable, judicial information directly related to the Customer (when an individual) or, for essentially identifying and, if applicable, judicial data, to other stakeholders (such as collaborators, employees, references, etc.) communicated during the execution and performance of relationships with the Data Controller.
3 – Purposes
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
i) fulfillment of pre contractual obligations (e.g.: consultation in databases for solvency analysis and verification of reputational criteria) and/or contractual obligations (for the supply of computer products and/or related services suitable for casinos, gaming rooms, slot rooms, and VLT rooms) with inherent and/or consequential obligations;
ii) compliance with legal obligations, and iii) protection of legitimate interests where necessary.
4 – Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data and Processing Methods Personal data will be processed based on the following legal bases:
i) contractual (for the fulfillment of pre contractual and/or contractual obligations and the management of the contract with the Controller);
ii) legal obligations (for the obligations to which the Controller is subject);
iii) legitimate interest (for the defense of its rights if necessary). The processing of personal data will be carried out using paper and/or computer tools in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, security measures. Personal data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling. Personal data will not be disclosed.
5 – Mandatory or Optional Nature of Data Provision and Consequences The provision of personal data is mandatory for the conduct of pre-contractual negotiations, the conclusion of the contract, and its management, compliance with legal provisions. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to enter into the contract.
6 – Recipients of Personal
Data Personal data may be communicated, in strict relation to the above purposes, to the following recipients or categories of recipients: public entities, police and public security authorities, professionals and consultants in accounting, tax, and legal matters, companies for the repair and/or installation of electronic/information devices; credit recovery and contractual consultancy companies, banking institutions for payment of consideration. Personal data may be made known to third parties to whom the controller may entrust the performance of certain processing activities designated as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the staff and/or collaborators of the Controller or of the Group Companies specially instructed and appointed as authorized personnel and authorized to process.
7 – Retention Period
The processed data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The criteria used to determine the retention period are also those established by Italian law regarding prescription, including civil and tax legislation regarding the treatment of administrative accounting data.
8 – Transfer of Data Abroad
Personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries other than those belonging to the European Union that do not ensure adequate levels of protection of individuals.
9 – Data Subject’s Rights (Articles 15-22 GDPR) You may request at any time – compatibly with the necessary conditions – from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, access to personal data, rectification, etc., pursuant to Articles 15-22 of GDPR 679/2016. You also have the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. The mentioned rights can be exercised by submitting a request to the Data Controller also via email PEC or by registered letter to the above addresses, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.
